Yeoford Primary School follows Link Academy Trust’s Equality and Diversity Policy and its equality objectives for 2025–2029.

During 2025–26, we worked with families and specialist services to support pupils with SEND and medical needs. Support included family support, multi-agency meetings, funded trips and experiences, and wraparound provision to help address barriers to participation and attendance.

No prejudice-related incidents were recorded during 2025–26. Our curriculum and assemblies promote respect for different beliefs, backgrounds and individual needs. Staff equality is addressed through the Trust’s recruitment and employment policies.

Our priorities for 2026–27 include strengthening adaptive teaching through Ordinarily Available Inclusive Provision, updating our accessibility plan and reviewing pupils’ access to wider opportunities.
